No refund policy
The Hong Kong Junior Tigers hockey program is a non-profit organization. We are unable to offer refunds for non-participation. As a not-for-profit organization, the Junior Tigers budget is based on initial registrations and our most significant cost – ice-time – is paid well in advance of the start of the season. We have a strict no refund policy with exceptions only considered in the event of the complete cancelation of the program or the death or serious injury of a participant rendering him or her unable to participate.
Refunds will only be issued if the China Hockey Group cancels the program. If your child registers for a program and does not meet eligibility (for example age or prerequisites), we will first look at suitable alternatives. If in doubt, please contact us at info@powerplayse.com BEFORE REGISTERING and we can provide guidance on what would best suit your child. In the event that this is not possible, we will offer a refund (pro rata and less a 10 per cent administration charge).
Our full Release and Waiver can be found here at www.powerplayse.com/waiver

Severability
If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provision shall remain enforceable to the extent permitted under that applicable law and the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be unaffected.
Variation of Terms
CHG may from time to time revise these Terms and Conditions. You should review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis.
